Key Responsibilities:
1.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Post job openings on various portals & manage candidate pipeline
Coordinate interviews and handle pre-joining formalities
Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees
2.
Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, and HRMS entries
Ensure legal compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labor Laws, etc.)
Manage employment contracts, ID cards, and documentation
3.
Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate with accounts for timely salary processing
Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records
Handle queries related to payslips, deductions, reimbursements
4.
Employee Engagement & Retention
Plan team-building activities, celebrations, and feedback sessions
Resolve employee issues and grievances
Drive initiatives to maintain a healthy and engaging work environment
5.
Performance & Policy Management
Support appraisal processes and goal tracking
Help implement and improve HR policies and SOPs
Conduct exit interviews and handle offboarding
