Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Support in employee onboarding and documentation processes for new joiners.
Maintain and update attendance, leave, and payroll data in coordination with the team.
Coordinate basic HR compliance and statutory records (ESIC, PF, gratuity, etc.).
Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Maintain and file employee records as per company policy.
Assist in day-to-day HR operations at the Head-office and at the plant(when required).
Special Attributes:
Master's degree in HR / Business Administration / Commerce or any related field.
Good understanding of HR fundamentals and interest in manufacturing HR practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel / MS Office.
Willingness to work and learn on the job.
