We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad, with a strong focus on statutory compliance, salary processing, and attendance management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with HR operations, labor laws, and HRMS tools.
Process monthly payroll with accuracy and within deadlines.
Handle salary components like incentives, reimbursements, deductions, bonuses, etc.
Coordinate with finance for disbursement and reconciliation.
Manage full and final settlements and related documentation.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance records via biometric or HRMS systems.
Track leave balances and ensure compliance with leave policies.
Maintain shift schedules, overtime records, and absenteeism reports.
3. Compliance & Statutory Activities
Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, LWF, etc.)
File monthly, quarterly, and annual returns as required.
Liaise with government departments and auditors for inspections and filings.
Maintain and update compliance documentation and registers.
4. Documentation & HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee records (joining, exits, contracts, etc.)
Support HR audits and assist in HR reporting.
Assist in policy implementation and improvements in HR processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of HR experience in salary, compliance, and attendance functions.
Good understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
Proficiency in Excel and HRMS tools like GreytHR, Keka, or similar.
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
