. The ideal candidate will handle all HR-related activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and basic compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding new staff
Maintain employee records and documentation
Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Coordinate training programs and performance reviews
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees
Support management in policy implementation and grievance handling
Plan and manage employee engagement activities
Coordinate with trainers and staff for scheduling and updates
Assist in compliance with labor laws and educational institute regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of HR experience (experience in education sector preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR software tools
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
