We are looking for a HR Executive/ Sr.HR Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment for our growing Real Estate division

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Recruitment ,sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent across technical and non-technical roles in the real estate industry.

End-to-end recruitment process Sourcing candidates through various platforms Coordinating interviews and follow-up Building and maintaining talent pipelines Negotiate job offers & Close Position with in Stipulated Timelines. Prepare & Maintain Recruitment Documentation & Reports
#Requirements:

Graduate/ Postgraduate In HR 3-8 years of Human Resource experience (Must Real Estate/Infrastructure Background Only) Strong communication and networking skills
