o Providing application forms to applicants and maintenance of up to date record of applications database to ensure proper filing and retrieval of CVs from database.
o Coordinating recruitment process activities such as lining up suitable candidates and calling them for interviews, scheduling interviews, checking original documents, etc
o Maintaining personnel file of every employee both in the soft as well as hard copy files and updating them as and when required.
o Carrying out joining formalities like issuing appointment letter, uniform, ID card, orientation of the hospital and other formalities
o Updating the time machine with finger prints and other details of new joinee.
o Coordinate interdepartmentally for conducting HR induction trainings
o Doing monthly induction training for induction of the new joinees
o Update the induction presentation from time to time as per requirement
o Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, increment letter, experience letters, salary certificates, appreciation letters,circulars, memos, notice etc. as per the instruction of the Head - HR/CEO.
o Preparation of Full & final settlement, acceptance of resignation, of Hospital employees leaving the organization
o Ensuring exit interviews of candidates are conducted and maintaining the data record of same.
