Job Description

: In the hospital industry, Human Resources (HR) plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization runs smoothly and that employees are supported, productive, and aligned with the institution's mission and values. The roles and responsibilities of HR in the hospital industry include:1. Recruitment and Staffing

Talent Acquisition: Identifying and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other healthcare workers. s: Developing clear job descriptions that align with the hospital's needs and standards. Interviewing and Selection: Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions based on qualifications and organizational fit. Onboarding: Ensuring new employees are properly onboarded with orientation programs, training, and introductions to hospital culture and policies.
Employee Recognition and Retention

Recognition Programs: Developing programs to recognize and reward outstanding employee performance and contributions. Retention Strategies: Implementing strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent, such as career development opportunities, competitive compensation, and a positive work environment.
Performance Management

Performance Evaluations: Designing and administering performance appraisal systems to assess and improve employee performance. Professional Development: Identifying areas for improvement and providing resources or training to help employees achieve their professional goals. Disciplinary Actions: Administering disciplinary procedures when necessary, ensuring that actions are fair, consistent, and compliant with hospital policies. Payroll & attendance and leave management HR Operations like on boarding, exit formalities, personal file both soft and hard, maintaining employee database, registration and indemnity trackers, MIS, employee queries and communication, audits (internal & external), preparing various HR letters, compliance Etc Employee Engagement Activities like birthday, Festivals, Annual Day, Picnic, R&R Etc
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
