Responsibilities:



Managing the hiring process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Overseeing new employee orientation and ensuring smooth integration into the company. Organizing employee training programs to enhance skills. Handling payroll processing, leave management. Addressing employee grievances, managing workplace conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. Maintaining employee records and administrative documentation. Organizing company events, meetings, and internal communications.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Female candidate only Freshers can also apply. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in Google Sheet. Strong leadership and management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements Financial and budget management experience Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills
