To gather data from various sources available for screening the candidate suitable for the organization.
To do initial screening via telephonic interview & to find out interested candidate suitable for the open position.
To coordinate the interview with the zonal HR person and ensure that all candidates turn up for the interview.
To ensure that all interview are conducted as per schedule & feedback are received from each and every place.
To provide such received feedback to the recruitment head and take necessary actions as suggested by him.

To provide support for other HR related work as and when asked for.
