Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain a database of qualified candidates and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs
Employee Onboarding & Documentation:
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and manage joining formalities.
Maintain employee personal files and HR records digitally and physically.
Payroll & Attendance:
Monitor employee attendance and leaves.
Assist in payroll processing including overtime, deductions, and incentives.
Coordinate with accounts department for salary disbursement.
Compliance & Statutory:
Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
Maintain proper documentation for statutory audits and inspections.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee grievances and provide appropriate support.
Conduct employee engagement activities to maintain morale and satisfaction.
Support the implementation of company policies and code of conduct.
Performance Management:
Coordinate appraisal and performance evaluation processes.
Maintain appraisal data and increment records.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and schedule internal or external training programs.
Maintain training records.
Exit Formalities:
Manage resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
Ensure clearance and documentation of exiting employees.
HR Reporting & MIS:
Prepare HR reports like headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.
Maintain and update HR MIS regularly.
