Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
Manage on-site manpower, attendance, and staff coordination
Maintain a productive and professional office culture
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations
Coordinate administrative tasks such as office supplies, vendor management, and facility management
Prepare and maintain HR reports and records
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle a diverse workforce and multi-task effectively
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools
