Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Executive

to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of HR experience who are passionate about people management and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks Support recruitment efforts: scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining records Help onboard new employees and conduct induction programs Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in handling employee queries and concerns in a professional manner Support in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations Contribute to HR reports, documentation, and filing systems

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 0-6 months of experience in an HR or administrative role (internship experience also considered) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to learn and take initiative
