Job Description

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, andprograms.

Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.

Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, andcoordinating interviews.

Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation.Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for showroom staff by creatingSOPs and related Data.

Support continuous learning and development initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness.Performance Management:

Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.

Provide support to managers in performance management and employee development.

Track and document employee performance issues and support corrective actions.Compliance and Policies:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR standards.Administrative Duties:

Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Prepare HR reports and present them to management.

Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing ofemployee salaries and benefits.Employee Engagement:

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace conditions.Qualifications & Skills:Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a retail or customerservice environment.Skills and Attributes:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

High level of empathy and professionalism.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
