Complete Recruitment cycle (Interviews, follow up, filling the Gap of manpower) Follow SOP & Policy adopted Recruitment Management & Joining Formalities Selection & joining formalities (Appointment letters, Bond process, computer allotment, Seating arrangement, ID creation, Induction & orientation) Exit Formalities of Employees - Retention - Exit Interview, Full And Final Settlements, PF Withdrawal, Preparation of Experience/ Reliving Letters etc. Performance Appraisals (Probation & yearly performance) Training & Development related activities Staff HR Audit Performance Appraisals (Probation & yearly performance), Annual / Interim review for Increment Employee counseling & grievance handling Policies implementation Employee Engagement Activities Personal Records Maintain of All Employees

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
