Key Responsibilities
:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Implement HR policies, employee engagement, and payroll processing
Manage grievance redressal and team performance tracking
Handle documentation, onboarding, and exit formalities
Develop strategic plans to improve employee retention and work culture
Requirements
:
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Good knowledge of labor laws and HRMS systems
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient in MS Office and HR tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
