Manage end-to-end recruitment process(IT Recruitment must) Job posting on LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri portal. Arranging and conducting Interviews. Documentation, Induction, Onboarding, Offboarding. Handling Joining formalities. leave and attandance management. Employee grievance handling. IT Recruitment experience is must. Strong verbal & written communication. Must be Graduated. Employee engagement activities.

Key Skills:

Good Communication Skills written and verbal Good Analytical approach & Logical reasoning skills. Communicating with the employees.
