1. Write and post JDs on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)
Pre-screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with department heads
Conduct HR round for shortlisted candidates
Maintain hiring tracker & follow-up until joining
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare offer letters, internship letters, NDAs
Collect and maintain employee documentation
Plan smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires
3. HR Operations
Maintain attendance & leave records
Track performance review cycles (monthly/quarterly)
Maintain team dashboard, employee records, SOPs
4. Employee Engagement
Conduct weekly check-ins with teams
Plan small engagement activities (recognition, appreciation notes, etc.)
Support healthy work culture aligned with Click Ova values
