Attendance & leave management
and maintaining employee records.
Salary processing support
and coordination with payroll team.
Drive
employee engagement activities
and handle grievances.
Ensure
statutory compliance
(PF, ESIC, labor laws, audits, filings).
Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation.
