Job Summary:


As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions and office administration to ensure the seamless operation of our organization. Your role will focus on recruitment, policy implementation, employee engagement, and maintaining a healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Office Administration:

Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning. Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.

Policy Development:

Develop, implement, and update HR policies to align with company goals and comply with legal requirements. Communicate policies effectively to all employees.

Attendance & Records Management:

Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave. Ensure compliance with attendance policies and address discrepancies promptly.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

Facilitate onboarding processes to help new employees integrate into the organization. Manage offboarding and termination procedures, including exit interviews and documentation.

Workplace Environment:

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts when necessary. Organize employee engagement activities to foster a sense of community and belonging.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR and administrative roles. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. A proactive and approachable attitude.
