Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment and onboarding Payroll processing and compliance management Employee engagement and grievance handling Performance management coordination HR operations, policy implementation, and documentation Coordinating with leadership and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

1 to 4 years of HR experience MBA in HR or related field Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with a proactive approach
