Manage employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and statutory documentation.
Support payroll inputs, attendance validation, leave management, and employee master data.
Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements and HR process adherence.
Handle employee queries related to policies, attendance, payroll, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and internal guidelines.
Assist in performance management cycles, appraisal documentation, and MIS reporting.
Support employee engagement activities, HR communications, and disciplinary processes.
HRIS & Digital HR Responsibilities
Act as primary administrator for HRIS platform (HRone).
Configure and manage modules such as attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee self-service, and workflows.
Ensure accurate data entry, system audits, and periodic data validation.
Drive adoption of HRIS across departments through training and handholding.
Generate HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review.
Coordinate with HRIS vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and upgrades.
Lead HRIS implementation, migration, or optimization projects when required.
Ensure data security, access controls, and system compliance.
