Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process with focus on male candidate sourcing for field, technical, or labor-intensive roles.
Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Administer payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and policy implementation.
Assist with performance management and exit formalities.
Maintain HR MIS and records as per compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of relevant HR generalist experience.
Strong exposure to recruitment, especially targeting male workforce roles.
Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Office.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
