Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
Maintain employee master data, attendance, leave records, and HR files.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
Statutory Compliance
Manage
PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund
and other statutory compliances.
Handle PF & ESI registrations, monthly contributions, challans, and returns.
Coordinate inspections, notices, and audits related to labour laws.
Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishment Act and other applicable labour laws.
Recruitment & Employee Relations
Support recruitment activities such as screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and statutory benefits.
Assist in grievance handling and maintaining a positive work environment.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare monthly HR and compliance reports.
Coordinate with consultants, payroll vendors, and government authorities when required.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across branches.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good knowledge of
PF, ESI, labour laws, and statutory compliance
.
Experience in payroll coordination and HR documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Qualification:
Any Degree / MBA in HR preferred.
