Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment for showroom staff (Sales Executives, Cashiers, Telecallers, Security, Admin etc.) Conduct initial screening & schedule interviews with respective department heads. Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities. Maintain employee attendance, leave records & prepare monthly reports. Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain statutory compliance support (ESI / PF / Professional Tax). Execute employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture. Manage training for sales staff regarding customer handling & showroom ethics. Address employee queries professionally and act as a bridge between management & staff. Support in performance evaluation & appraisal process. Ensure discipline, grooming standards and punctuality inside the showroom.

Required Skills:



Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi added advantage). Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation. People handling & problem-solving skills. Ability to handle store-level operations & work under pressure. Pleasant appearance and professional behaviour.

Working Hours:

9:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Weekly Off:

Weekday based on roster
