Job Description

Check the attendance on daily basis, leaves etc. (documentation of all duty rosters).

Maintain the Salary Advance file.

To keep a record on Insurance of staffs & patients.(star health accident policy for patients & Staffs).

To maintain house keeping materials, issuing the materials and maintain month end stock report.

Documentaion of new Joinees.(Coordinate with the new joiners to get the necessary documents for personal file).

Documentation of all HR files.

Assist in preparing the salary (collecting and maintaining the deductions from all departments).

Co-ordinate for meetings, staff orientations etc.

Documention work for all PF(loans & claims), ESI, Creating Bank Ac.

Prepare salary slips of all staffs.

Documentation of permision slips, outpass, leave forms, salary advance forms.

ID card prepartion.( cordination with staffs to get the details).

Booking Keeping of Staff Welfare Funds.

Sending the salary, attendance and form5 to labour office & filing of attendance received from labour office

Maintain & distibution of uniforms to staffs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
