HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment of skilled and unskilled employees. HR administration including attendance, leave, and employee records. Handling

PF, ESI, and statutory compliance

. Conflict resolution and attrition management. Supporting management in smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Any degree is mandatory;

BBA graduates preferred

. Knowledge of

PF, ESI, and HR practices

is essential. Strong system knowledge (MS Office and HR software). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Preference for

male candidates

with

experience in the textile industry

. Candidates from

Trichy

are highly preferred.
