We have an immediate Requirement of Sr HR Executive Position \xe2\x80\x93 Sr HR Executive (Generalist HR) for Kolkata location Requirements:
- MBA in HR is preferred yet candidates having Diploma in any branch of engineering or related field having high interest in HR & HRM practices may be considered - Relevant Experience of 2-3 years in HR Generalist field with exposure in Technical recruitment & HR generalist activities will be preferred - Willingness to travel across offices of SIPL as on when required or as per plan - Proficiency in English , Hindi is required CTC is open & based on candidate profile & exposure. Job Responsibilities: - Hands on Experience in Technical Recruitment, HR Operations, Handling Employee engagement and employees grievance issues & solving them based as per scope of company policy & maintaining basic hygiene parameters involving respective stakeholders - Support in creating Employee talent pool in order to replenish vacant position & be proactive in catering to client requirement on manpower for technical domain - Regular Employee connect with respective team members spread across geography & manage attrition. - Managing Employee data base. employee files & records Interested candidate may share your profile at - samarjit.p@skillsonics.com .
