Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports.
Coordinate joining and onboarding.
Generate offer letters, appointment letters, and update HRMS systems for new joiners.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma in Modern Office management/ BBA
Bachelor's degree (BA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist or Onboarding role.

Skills Needed
Good communication skills.
Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Knowledge of job portals.
