Review employee attendance records for accuracy. (Staff weekly base)
Follow up on any discrepancies or missing punches, late coming, half day.
Approve or deny leave requests.
Continuous absent employee punching lock and after approved by manager punching un-lock (Weekly Base)
Payroll Processing:
Month start put on Shift & W/off to all employees (Monthly Base)
Input employee data into the payroll system. (monthly base)
Calculate salary component, PT, and deductions. Add on salary
Salary Structure update on new employee & New month start
payroll management oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Generate pay slips. And give to all workers & staff employees
Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable
Maintain accurate payroll records.
Resolve payroll issues or discrepancies.
Preparing compliance salary sheet.
Employee Master
Answer employee questions about payroll and benefits.
Update employee information in the HRMS system.
New joining employee information and e-code
Enter new hires into the payroll system.
Process changes in employee status, such as promotions or terminations.
Document preparation
Preparing offer letter
Appointment letter
Annexure
Relieving letter
Employee Clearance certificate
Resig nation letter
Agreement for all Contractor
Full & Final
Employee personal file.
Confirmations Letter
Employee Training & Engagement:
Inductions For new joining Employee.
