Female Junior HR Executive (Generalist)

who wants to start and grow her career in HR operations and people management.

Job Role: Junior HR Executive (Generalist)

This role is ideal for

freshers or early-career HR professionals

who want hands-on exposure to real HR work -- not just theory.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and employee data Handle employee queries, basic grievances, and HR support Prepare and manage HR documents (offer letters, joining forms, ID cards, relieving letters) Support recruitment activities: sourcing, calling, interview coordination, follow-ups Assist in onboarding new employees smoothly Coordinate background verification and document checks Plan and support monthly employee engagement activities Keep HR records organized (digital + physical)

Required Skills & Eligibility

Female candidates preferred

0-6 months experience (Freshers can apply) Graduate in HR / BBA / MBA / related field Basic knowledge of HR operations Good communication skills (English & Hindi) Comfortable with MS Excel & Word Organized, friendly, and proactive personality
