Recruitment & Manpower Planning for site and HO staff
End-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding
Attendance, leave and timesheet management (HO & Site)
Payroll support, salary processing coordination and statutory deductions
Employee joining, confirmation, transfer, resignation & exit formalities
Maintain employee records, files and HR documentation
Handle statutory compliances: PF, ESI, Labour Laws, contractor records
Coordination with site HR/admin for workforce deployment
Issue appointment letters, ID cards, increment letters and circulars
Grievance handling and employee relations support
Training coordination and induction programs
Performance appraisal support and increment processing
Maintain discipline, policy implementation and code of conduct
Qualification & Skills:
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
1-4 years HR experience (Construction/Infrastructure preferred)
Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, PF & ESI
Good communication & documentation skills
MS Office & HR software knowledge

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
