Job Title: HR Executive (Generalist)
Core Responsibilities
The role is generally split across several key areas of human resources management:
Payroll Support
Assisting with payroll processing by providing necessary data and reports.
Ensuring compliance with basic laws and regulations related to attendance and leaves.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Handling day-to-day employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.
Supporting employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Acting as a bridge between employees and management to ensure smooth workplace operations.
Compliance & Reporting
Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Preparing and maintaining various HR reports and documentation for management.
HR Operations and Administration
Overseeing attendance and leave management using HR software or MS Excel.
Maintaining and updating accurate employee records in the HR database.
Handling joining formalities and new employee onboarding processes.
Managing exit procedures and documentation.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an HR role.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
