We are seeking a proactive and empathetic HR Executive to support our dynamic team across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean, high-accountability environment and is passionate about building transparent, people-first processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end hiring: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts
Manage onboarding documentation and induction programs
Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates
Handle exit formalities and feedback collection
Organize team-building activities and wellness initiatives
Support performance reviews and feedback cycles
Process Improvement
Identify and implement HR process enhancements
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and retention strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering setup
Familiarity with Zoho People or similar HRMS platforms
Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with discretion
