HR Executive

Location: Kalbadevi

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for gold, diamond, and allied jewellery divisions.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals, references, and networking.

Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and manage selection process.

Maintain candidate database and ensure timely hiring as per manpower requirements.

Build employer branding and maintain strong relations with industry talent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
