Manage end-to-end recruitment as per company HR policies. Source candidates through databases, social media, and recruitment agencies. Conduct interviews and coordinate with HODs for manpower requisitions. Ensure timely closure of positions (average 45 days for junior/medior, 2.5 months for senior roles). Maintain candidate communication till joining and resignation confirmation.
Induction & Onboarding
Organize departmental introductions and welcome activities for new joiners. Maintain employee files and HR documents (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion, etc.).
Payroll Management
Assist in attendance management and payroll processing.
Ensure accuracy (0% error) and confidentiality in payroll data.
Training & Development
Help prepare the training calendar and budget plan.
Organize internal and external training sessions (minimum 3 per month).
Maintain training records and feedback reports.
Employee Engagement
Support in planning and executing engagement activities (sports, picnics, birthdays, festivals, etc.).Conduct employee opinion surveys and support retention initiatives.
Employee Relations
Interact with employees regularly to address concerns and share updates.
Conduct meetings, site visits, and handle grievances effectively.
Exit Formalities
Manage exit documentation including relieving letters, experience letters, and Form 16.
Performance Management
Upload and track employee KPIs, conduct performance reviews as per schedule.
