Implement and maintain
HRIS systems

Coordinate

Drive
employee engagement initiatives
, cultural events, and grievance handling.
Prepare and share
HR reports and analytics
for management review.
Support implementation of company policies and ensure compliance across departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of hands-on HR experience.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
