to handle complete HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and a hands-on approach to day-to-day people management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments.
Conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and oversee onboarding formalities.
Manage induction and employee orientation programs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Organize employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work culture.
3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance:
Maintain attendance, leave, and HRMS records.
Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
4. Performance Management:
Assist in performance review cycles and feedback sessions.
Support employee growth and development plans.
5. HR Operations & Policy Implementation:
Prepare and manage HR documentation (offer, confirmation, increment, exit, etc.).
Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field.
2-5 years of experience
as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Good understanding of recruitment, payroll, and compliance processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
