Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
Maintain Employee master trackers and databases.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support audits and prepare required HR documentation.
Training & Development:
Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance and feedback records.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role.
