Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
Provide feedback to candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system .
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure smooth joining formalities.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
