Source potential candidates from online channels (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, social media).
Screen resumes based on predefined criteria.
Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Send job offer emails and address queries regarding compensation and benefits.
Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Employee Onboarding & Induction:
Handle employee induction and onboarding.
Distribute joining kits to newly hired employees.
Maintain and update employee records with relevant details.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Track and manage employee attendance and leave requests.
Approve leaves as per company workflow.
Complete exit formalities, including experience certificates and relieving letters.
Maintain employee files with all necessary documentation.
Performance Management & Training:
Keep track of employee performance.
Develop training and performance management programs.
Ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Workplace Culture & Employee Engagement:
Manage and enhance organizational culture.
Create a safe and inclusive work environment.
Oversee benefits and compensation programs.
Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
