Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Manage employee records, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.
Maintain HRMS records and generate reports as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
2 years
of experience in an HR role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
