Job Title: Unit HR

Location: Tondiarpet

Experience: 5+ years (hospital experience preferred)

Qualification: MBA in HR /Any degree with HR specialization

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Manage the complete recruitment within the unit.

Respond promptly to employee grievances, facilitate conflict resolution, and cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment within the unit.

Facilitate staff training sessions, coordinate performance appraisals, and assist in professional development initiatives.

Collaborate closely with department heads to implement HR policies, ensure labour law compliance, and support organizational objectives.

Ensure seamless onboarding processes with comprehensive induction and keep records for new hires.

Provide regular, clear HR reports and insights to unit leadership and senior HR management to inform strategic decision-making.

Communicate daily updates on grievances and unit activities to reporting HR personnel.

Maintain strong working relationships with all department heads to ensure smooth and efficient unit operations.

Take overall responsibility for all HR functions within the unit, driving compliance, engagement, and operational excellence.
