Role Overview



As the

HR Executive (Manufacturing)

, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations in the factory setup. This includes

manpower planning, recruitment & onboarding, attendance & payroll management, statutory compliance, and employee relations

. You will play a key role in aligning our growing workforce with the company's culture, compliance requirements, and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Source, screen, and recruit workers and staff for factory/manufacturing operations (contractual and permanent). Oversee attendance management system; ensure accuracy and timely reporting. Handle monthly payroll processing in coordination with accounts. Ensure statutory compliance: ESI, PF, gratuity, factory-related labour laws. Prepare and maintain HR-related MIS reports for management. Act as the point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Implement disciplinary policies and maintain a healthy workplace culture. Conduct periodic worker welfare activities and ensure smooth HR support to operations. Maintain HR policies and procedures as per factory requirements. Assist in audits, inspections, and labour office compliances. Support factory administration including ID cards, uniforms, and other HR logistics. Coordinate with manpower agencies for sourcing semi-skilled and skilled factory workers. Manage onboarding and induction for new joiners. Maintain updated employee records (digital & physical).

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred). 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing / factory setup. Good knowledge of labour laws, factory compliances, and payroll processing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Preferred Candidate Profile



Male candidates preferred. Experience handling factory workers, blue-collar recruitment, and statutory compliance. Ability to work independently and manage HR operations on-site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
