: Talawade, Pune

Experience

: 3-5 Years

Qualification

: MBA (HR) or equivalent

Role Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment and onboarding

HR documentation, attendance, and leave management

Payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC)

Employee engagement and grievance handling

Performance management and HR reporting

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of labor laws

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS

Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently
