Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes -- job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records.
Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure smooth induction.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
Maintain healthy employee relations and address grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Organize employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
Monitor attendance, leave, and time management systems.
Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary processing and related documentation.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records accurately.
4. Performance Management
Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Support departmental heads in evaluating and documenting employee performance.
Follow up on performance improvement plans where necessary.
5. HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain employee files, HR database, and ensure confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
Prepare HR-related reports and maintain documentation for audits.
6. Training & Development
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Maintain training records and assess post-training effectiveness.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems (HRMS).
