We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR operational activities, including payroll processing, PF/ESI compliance, employee records, and statutory requirements. The candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations and coordination with accounts and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll and salary statements
Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with payroll consultants and auditors
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Prepare HR MIS reports (salary, attrition, headcount, etc.)
Support onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle employee queries related to salary, PF, and benefits
Assist in audits and statutory inspections
Requirements & Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate
Minimum 2-4 years experience in HR Operations
Working Knowledge of payroll, PF, ESI, PT, and labor laws
Experience with salary processing and compliance filings
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
Preferred
Experience in NBFC, Banking, or Service Industry
Immediate joiners preferred
Working Hours
9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
