About the Role:

Seeking a motivated

HR Executive (Generalist)

with strong communication skills and interest in all core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management

Collect and verify monthly attendance and leave data. Coordinate with the payroll team/vendor to ensure accurate salary processing. Maintain payroll records and ensure statutory compliance.
Recruitment & Onboarding

Source and screen candidates. Coordinate interviews and selection processes. Prepare offer letters and support onboarding procedures.
Employee Engagement & HR Operations

Maintain HRMS and employee records/documentation. Assist in executing engagement activities and HR initiatives. Address day-to-day employee queries.
Policy & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company HR policies. Support in preparing HR reports and compliance documentation.
Training & Development

Coordinate training sessions and maintain training-related data.
Educational Qualification:

MCA or M.Sc. Computer Science
Required Skills:

MBA in Human Resources or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in an HR role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of HR operations and payroll processes. Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
