Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete employee life cycle from recruitment to exit formalities.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Handle employee grievances and ensure positive employee relations.
Administer payroll and maintain employee records.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws and regulations.
Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
Maintain HR reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
