Role Overview
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions
,
including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll Support, Employee Engagement, and Compliance. This role is ideal for a professional with 2 years of HR experience, ready to join immediately and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Source, screen, and schedule candidates using
job portals,
employee referrals, and social media
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth selection process.

Onboarding & Induction
Handle offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities
Conduct induction sessions and ensure seamless employee onboarding
*
HR Operations & Payroll Support
Maintain employee records in
HRMS / Excel
Manage
attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
Coordinate with finance for salary processing
*
Employee Engagement & Relations
Organize employee engagement activities, team events, and recognition programs
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support grievance handling
*
Compliance & Policies
Assist with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws)
Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices

Training & Performance Appraisals
Identifying the skill gaps and providing/conducting regular training
,
and taking feedback.
Setting the KRI/KPI, measuring on
a
monthly/quarterly
basis
and conudting yearly appraisal process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidates preferred
Graduate/Postgraduate in
Human Resources / Business Administration / MBA HR
Minimum
2 years of HR Generalist / HR Executive experience
Hands-on experience with
Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, HR Operations
Familiarity with
HRMS, MS Excel, Job Portals
(Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and
organisational
skills
