Job Description

HR - roles include: 1. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. 2. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization 3. Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. 4. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. 5. Calculation of ESI and PF, Salary Process 6. Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
